Elon Musk reveals Diablo 4 character’s name

Highlights Elon Musk, owner of Twitter, revealed the name of his Diablo 4 character during an event on Twitter Spaces, generating mixed reactions in the gaming community. Diablo 4 and Twitter have faced challenges recently, with negative feedback on the game’s new content and Twitter’s rebranding and logo. Musk mentioned being a longtime Steam user, preferring first-person shooters and real-time strategy titles, and finished Halo Infinite on Legendary difficulty. He hasn’t shown much interest in streaming Diablo 4.
Amidst all the changes that are happening on Twitter, the owner of the platform, Elon Musk, has just revealed the supposed name of his character in Diablo 4. Many gamers are probably still overwhelmed with the news and updates over Twitter, and knowing that the owner of the social media platform is playing the same game as them will likely get mixed reactions in the community.
Twitter and Diablo 4 have both had a rough few months, despite both still being sponsored by their communities. Diablo 4 has just started its first season, and many players have had a lot of negative feedback about the changes brought about by the new content. On the other hand, Musk has just announced a major transition for Twitter, among which involves its sudden rebranding and logo change. Now, with Musk revealing that he is actually a Diablo 4 player, there will likely be some feedback and criticism coming from the gaming community as well.
Responding to an invitation to a Twitter Spaces hosted by user greg, or greg16676935420, Musk shared the name of his Diablo 4 character while talking about the changes made to the Twitter logo. The co-host of the Whole Mars Catalog event asked Musk about the logo transition when the platform owner responded that they were actually playing the action RPG during Twitter Spaces. In the last part of the interview, Musk shared that his character in the game was called “I Will Never Die”.
Unfortunately, the Twitter owner didn’t specify which specific Diablo 4 class they were using, nor whether they were playing on the regular or hardcore servers. However, Musk did talk about some of his gaming preferences. Musk revealed that he’s been on Steam since the platform’s inception, though of course he hasn’t shared his username when prompted by hosts. He also apparently prefers first-person shooters or real-time strategy titles, although he says that not much skill is required to play Diablo 4, unlike other titles like League of Legends.
The hosts said Musk was supposed to stream Diablo 4 at one point, but the man didn’t seem all that interested. However, he shared that he finished all of Halo Infinite on Legendary difficulty, and that’s something he would likely pass on if he decided to do so. However, players now have knowledge of Musk’s character name and can keep an eye out to confirm the character’s existence when playing Diablo 4.
Diablo 4 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
