There are two types of Nihility characters in Honkai: Star Rail, one that grants debuffs that weaken the enemies and support the team, and a DoT debuffer that deals damage via DoT. The first kind includes characters like Silver Wolf and Pela, while the second type consists of units like Kafka. However, there may also be a Nihility character that plays around DoT and debuff at the same time, like Luka and Sampo.
In combat, Luka can either apply Bleed DoT via his Skill or increase the enemy’s DMG taken via his Ultimate. Due to him having two different utilities, players must learn which are the best Light Cones for Luka in Honkai: Star Rail.
8 S5 Hidden Shadow

After using Skill, the wearer’s next Basic ATK deals an additional DMG equal to 120% of ATK to the target enemy.
Hidden Shadow is far from the best Light Cone for Luka in Honkai: Star Rail, but it’s viable for beginners with limited options. Considering Luka’s gameplay includes an enhanced Basic Attack to deal larger damage, Hidden Shadow’s passive is great for him.
7 We Will Meet Again

We Will Meet Again is a decent weapon for Luka in Honkai: Star Rail, but since this weapon is only available from the Battle Pass and players can’t Superimpose it easily, its performance is clouded by Light Cones which can be obtained through easier means.

When the wearer hits an enemy and if the hit enemy is not already Ensnared, then there is a 60% base chance to Ensnare the hit enemy. Ensnared enemies’ DEF decreases by 12% for 1 turn(s).
Resolution Shines As Pearls Of Sweat is a supportive weapon that can be used to reduce the enemy’s DEF. However, it’s best to use this Light Cone at higher Superimposition as the Hit Rate is too low at S1, sitting at 60%. At maximum refinement, the chance rises to 100%, which greatly removes the need for Effect Hit Rate on Luka.
5 Eyes Of The Prey

Eyes of the Prey is an amazing Light Cone for characters that play around DoT, so use this weapon if players want to maximize Luka’s Bleed damage.
4 Incessant Rain

Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 24%%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100% chance to implant Aether Code on a random target that does not yet have it and was hit by the ability. Targets with Aether Code receive 12% increased DMG for 1 turn.
Similar to Resolution Shines As Pearls Of Sweat, Silver Wolf’s best weapon in Honkai: Star Rail, Incessant Rain, also leans more toward the supportive side of Luka.
3 In The Name Of The World

Luka can easily activate In The Name Of The World’s passive since he’s a debuffer himself. The fact that his DoT comes from his Skill also reduces the chance of the enemy resisting his Bleed.
2 Good Night And Sleep Well

For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 12%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.
Good Night And Sleep Well is a brilliant weapon for players who want to maximize DoT. At S5 and full-stack, this weapon can outperform S1 Patience Is All You Need, which says a lot about its power.

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 24%. After every attack unleashed by the wearer, the wearer’s SPD increases by 4.8%, stacking up to 3 times. If the wearer hits an enemy target that is not affected by Erode, there is a 100% base chance to inflict Erode on the target. Enemies afflicted with Erode are also considered to be Shocked and will receive Lightning DoT at the start of each turn equal to 60% of the wearer’s ATK, lasting for 1 turn.
Kafka’s best Light Cone in Honkai: Star Rail is unsurprisingly amazing for Luka as well. Although the Erode debuff won’t be maximized since he won’t be using a Lightning DMG Bonus Relic, its high base ATK and handy passive are nevertheless amazing.
