The Company:
Our client is a well-established Logistics Company in Cannock

Main Duties:
To be the main point of contact between clients and their customers (predominately those in Germany)

The Role:
– Customer facing role, dealing with email and phone inquiries
– To ensure the customer receives prompt updates throughout the delivery information
– To receive and deal with updates from hauliers
– To book timeslots for deliveries
– To deal with customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently
– To ensure timely and smooth deliveries as far as possible

The Candidate:
– Fluent in German is essential (written and spoken)
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Experienced in Customer Service / Logistics or Transportation
– Background in similar multitasking working environment is essential
– Knowledge of the Automotive / Manufacturing / Supply Chain industry would be a bonus
– Excellent organisational and communication skills
– Able to work well as part of a team
– Must be pro-active and adaptable
– Computer literate

Salary: up to £22,000 p.a. Depending on experiences + Benefits
