Our client is looking for an experienced Outbound Telesales Manager to oversee and support our Internal Business Development Executives.

The Outbound Telesales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the outbound IBDE team potential, implementing sales growth strategies, and reporting the return on investment of these to the senior management team. Creating key long lasting relationships with customers will be critical. They will need to understand the marketplace, vision of the Company, and actively adapt the sales strategy to seek and maximize opportunities. Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire proactive sales process. They will collaborate with both internal and external customers, it is essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, the Outbound Telesales Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, incremental sales and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales, profit targets are met
  • Manage the Internal Business Development Executive team
  • Performance monitoring, motivating, and coaching of the IBDE’s
  • Recruiting team members when there is a requirement.
  • Manage and execute product or customer campaigns
  • Report on sales and call metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Creating key long lasting relationships with customers
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increased sales

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Outbound Telesales Sales Manager managing a proactive internal based sales team
  • Proven track record of team leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and team rapport
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise is an advantage
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Proactive and possessing the ability to have many projects underway at one time whilst prioritising the workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Efficient with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Takes ownership of actions

Expected salary: £39000 per year
