Job description: UK Sales Manager Home Based £40,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Grow your own team + Progression Are you looking for a role where you will be responsible for building a brand new sales team targeting an untapped market sector? With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and continue to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. They have established a reputation within the industry as the go to technical experts and as such they are now looking for a Sales Manager to join the team and ensure they continue their growth moving forward. In this role you will be based from home but will spend a lot of time on the road traveling around the UK including to potential customers, trade shows, exhibitions and conferences. Your primary focus will be to increase the sales order book but as part of the senior management team you will be involved in identifying opportunities and creating the sales strategy. Your role will be to target key decision makers, within companies, government, and local authorities to identify suitable opportunities for the technology, promote awareness and influence policy. Once you are established in the role you will be tasked with growing a sales team around you with the projection being that you would have 4-5 people in your team in 2-3 years. This is the perfect role for someone looking to join a rapidly growing company in a brand new role allowing them to really make it their own and grow a team around them.
